Anniversary Branding

Company anniversary coming up?

Anniversary branding is a rare chance to show your brand at full strength across every touchpoint. Starting 12 months ahead of the date, consider these three questions:

1. What role should this anniversary play in our brand?

Is it about reinforcement, growth, culture, recruiting? That clarity should shape everything that follows. You will definitely need to align on how your organization wants to balance history with a forward looking message. Your history is an asset. Use it to tell a story that builds momentum and points forward.

2. What does our anniversary visual system look like?

An anniversary logo is just one tool you’ll need. You will also need a flexible system that works across digital, events, presentations, and internal comms. Visuals should feel unmistakably like your brand. Anniversary logos and visual systems should extend your identity, not compete with it.

3. What are the signature moments and how does this show up across everyday touchpoints?

Look at your marketing calendar to understand where this fits in and where it can stand out. Think about launches, films, content series, environments, and client experiences, in addition to how (and if) the anniversary plays into your daily touch points like social and sales materials.

Done well, an anniversary isn’t just a celebration. It’s a fully expressed brand moment—designed, experienced, and remembered.
